Initially, our platform was solely intended for internal use, designed to serve our own apps. During development, we delved deeply into the technical aspects and also explored our interactions with users.
Sometimes, it was challenging to comprehend the exact processes that occur when users remove an app or abandon the conversion funnel during the final stages. Even though we had a good working relationship with digital analytics, we came to the realization that we lacked sufficient context regarding how users interacted with the app. Existing UX analytics platforms posed challenges in terms of usability and comprehension, and also were resource-intensive.
In 2018, we introduced UserX as a solution to the challenges we faced with other platforms. Drawing from our own experiences, we developed UserX to address the shortcomings we encountered.
